Our mission is to empower today's students by providing them with the education they need to build a better tomorrow.
Our first pathway discusses human emotions and the different scenarios associated with all
types of relationships alongside an improved sexual education. Topics covered in this
pathway include: determining healthy relationships, the UK laws of sexual activity and discussions surrounding all types of sexual orientations which we at snap education believe benefits students by giving them the knowledge to feel empowered in. This pathway is to help steer students safely through their experiences of all relationships and to encourage a society that embraces all relationships.
Focusing on mental health, physical well-being and the importance of living a healthy
lifestyle; our second pathway gives students the knowledge to make better choices when it
comes to their diet and psychological balance. It also covers: a growth mindset, building resilience, the importance of staying active and making time for passions to further improve our future generations chances of becoming predominantly happy people. As our friend runwithfin says "there are always enough hours in the day to do what you love".
The world that we live in is constantly changing, it really is hard to keep up with at times and with the internet’s existence we don’t just have to worry about our children’s safety in the physical world. The third pathway comprises general safeguarding and highlights internet safety, it also looks at decision making and the various pressures students might face in life. We use real case studies on some of our topics, for instance: alcohol and drug abuse, sex trafficking and online grooming. This pathway will steer student's safely through their education and prepare them for adulthood.
Wouldn’t it have been great to know how to research political parties or get the best
interest rates on a savings account before you reached adulthood? Focusing on those adult
tasks nobody prepared us for is at the heart of snap education. Learn about citizenship, the
judiciary system, history, politics and personal finances on our third pathway in a way that
doesn’t set up students to fail!
The pathway we pride ourselves most on, this module is the key ingredient to making the
world a better place for us all. Focusing on how to be kind, we’ll discuss the importance of
showing humanity throughout life; despite the population’s many differences. Covering racism, sexism, extremism, prejudice behaviour and everything that makes the world a nasty place at times! We promise our students will be given the tools to grow into embracing, inclusive and loving individuals within society, no matter what home they were born into or where their walk through life may take them.
